Optical Detection System with High Precision and Simple Optical Alignment

• 

  Optical detection fibers corresponding to each excitation laser are closely fixed at the flow cell manufactured based on the innovative idea.

• Adoption of optical fibers enables the fluorescence beams directly to be lead to the detectors.

• Fluorescence beams for each excitation light are directly collected through the corresponding each fiber. This enables the fluorescence beam leakage between the lasers to be minimum.
  (The excitation beams are spatially separated beam system.)

• Jet nozzle fixed at the tip of the flow cell unit enables high speed Droplet sorting.

• Easily removable flow cell unit enables the cleaning of the clogs and internal contamination in jet nozzle by the attached ultrasound cleaner.

• The positioning of flow cell unit with high precision enables the optical alignment easy.
