Compact and Advanced Light Source System with High Excitation Efficiency !

  • Simple and compact light source system with high excitation efficiency is realized.
  • Up to 3 lasers on the grade level with flow cell can be mounted with the spatially separated beams system.
  • As the standard light sources, solid-state laser (488 nm) with low power requirements and longer lifetime and semiconductor laser (638 nm) with high output power and good stability performance are adopted. So conventional large consumption power requirements and cooling water are not necessary.
  • State-of-the-art semiconductor UV laser (375 nm) can be mounted as the optional light source. This enables analysis and sorting of side population cells (SP cell) stained by Hoechst.

Fluorescence Detection Performance Applicable for Multicolor Analysis !

  • As newly developed "Hybrid Flow Cell"enables fluorescence lights from the cells directly to be lead to the detectors without passing through the lens, the fluorescence lights can be detected from each excitation light before mixing. This enables multicolor analysis with good sensitivity and high precision.
  • Detected optical signals can perform precision analysis of the perfect 4 decades with 20 bits digital signal processing circuit and digital Log arithmetic circuit.

  • Standard type (2 lasers, 6 colors) can acquire any 8 parameters simultaneously, and analysis and sorting can be performed.

Fluorescence Compensation with High Precision of 8x8 !

  • As unique 8x8 digital matrix fluorescence compensation circuit is built in, customer can freely build your own experimental system
  • 56 cases of fluorescence compensation and setting for the coaxial laser beam, and spatially separated laser beam enable compensation between the lasers.
 
* 8x8 matrix is only for the optional type (3 lasers, 8 colors)
and the standard type (2 lasers, 6 colors) is 6x6 matrix.
